You don’t need a laptop, in the GCSD1A you have everything you need and well protected to transport it.

The remote control is an XPAD1 adapted to the suitcase. It has a microcontroller independent of the PC.
LiOn battery for 3-4 hours, supplied with charger.
A robust and waterproof suitcase with the right size to facilitate transport.
RF System
The RF system is a 6th Generation module, interchangeable with SMA connector.
A 5dBi omnidirectional antenna can be connected directly or via low loss cable to a higher gain unidirectional antenna such as the BQ89, to increase range.
Two frequency bands to choose from:
313Mhz to 470Mhz
863Mhz to 950Mhz
It admits to work in several RF bands to adapt to the regulations of the country.
RF power: 500mW or 1W to choose.

RXLRS RC Receiver
It uses the long-range RXLRS receiver, prepared for servo control, connection with autopilot and Mavlink or transparent telemetry.
It complies with CE regulations for Europe, FCC for America and ETA for India.
128-bit AES encryption to prevent transmitter spoofing or unauthorized drone takeover.
FHSS, Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum, allows multiple channels to interfere and the system remains immune.
The RF (radio) system works on a network, with 32-bit IP addressing similar to that of the Internet. This allows you to select networks and sub networks for your fleet of drones or UAVs.
Prepared to connect an additional receiver and work in diversity x 2 and redundant mode in two different bands or in the same one. This makes the system more immune to interference in one RF band. More info receiver…
